- I'm so sorry to hear about Elsie. You are right by Battersea at Old Windsor and should give them Elsie's details and a poster asap if you haven't done so already. They will be able to to pass these onto their London and Kent branches too. Also, of course, pass them onto the local wardens/pounds, other rescue centres and vets. Good luck.
