Many thanks for your'e immediate action and help, I am delighted to tell you pippa has now been found, someone had taken her in last night and thru word of mouth she came back an hr ago..I wasn't sure how to post it on the site.. thanks again caroline xx

I have phoned Pippas owners and left a message. It would be good if they could join forces with Angie, Poppys owners, and help each other search for their dogs. It would make life easier too if you each visit a different pound to check out neither of the dogs are there. Please make sure you poster as much as you can and  keep checking with the stray kennels listed in Angies post below. Also make sure the dog wardens and vets are  aware that Pippa is missing. I hope you have some news of her very soon x Pam

Hi, sorry to hear your pooch has gone awol, i'm not far from you and in the same boat. for our area the wardens take dogs to Springfields - 01924 271028, Marina's - 01484 426407 & out of hours they go to Oakenshaw - 01924 863037. I usually walk my dog at rawdon so it's an area i'm searching i'll keep my eyes peeled for two dogs now! good luck

these little dogs just seem to float about all over the place..without being "lost",,she is probably doing just that,having a mini adventure,hope she is safe home soon though,,,good luck with pippa x

Please inform the Dog Warden for your area. You will find them at the local council offices. As Pippa has no microchip she may be picked up and taken to rescue kennels. Please call them every day as she can be re-homed after 7 days if she has no ID on her. Poster everywhere you can and get her profile out there. If there are any woods or parks nearby, poster all over the area in plastic folders, as she may be hunting rabbits. Dawn and dusk are the best times to go looking for her in those sort of areas, as that is when wildlife appear for her to hunt and chase. Good luck. Hope she is found soon.

Pippap, sorry to see Pippa is missing, thanks for registering and putting her details on DL, we will do all we can to help you in your search for her.  Great that you have uploaded a pic so quickly.   You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible.  You can print posters by selecting Dog Poster 1  just above Dog Information (you must be logged in).  Do update us on who has been contacted ie DW's etc.  You can leave a comment by selecting   Add a comment  just above other comments,  Good luck and hope she is found soon.  Jan x
