TYPICAL - my husband cme home with a Viszla puppy that a colleague was going to put up for rehoming on the weekend so I am going to have to pass on Bambi - I am not amused but we did sort of agree that the next dog would be his choice so I will live with it - Meeka the Vizsla is very cute though - and Battersea finally called me back today saying I could have Bambi following a quick telephone interview (I am already registered with them).  I know that Bambi will find a loving family who she will be happy with and one day I WILL HAVE MY LUCHER - nothing could ever replace Maggie but after 10 months I need to move on and hopefully Meeka will ease the pain.  Good Luck Bambi (I hope they change your name!)

Spoken to Mandy - dog is now with Battersea at Old Windsor and nicknamed Bambi because of her long legs!  Registered my interest but she has to do her 7 days and then if alls well will be up for rehoming - they have a long list of people wanting puppies - fingers crossed though - husband not amused!
