After more phonecalls to local vets Toffee has been found.  A notice had been sent around to all vets that a dog fitting Toffee's description had been taken in to a vet in Leyland.  She had been run over but is absolutely fine.  She is now home. The gentleman who took Toffee into the vets never left a name or address so many thanks to him.

Hiya Yes we contacted the dog warden straight away and also all kennels near to us. We will ring everyday also.  Toffee was spotted on a neighbouring estate around dinner time yesterday although nothing since then.  We have posted posters wherever we can so fingers crossed.  Will keep you up to date and will get a better picture soon.

Look at that face - gorgeous. Have you informed the Dog Warden that Toffee is missing, as this is the first step? You can contact them at the local council offices. You can download and print off posters of Toffee by clicking on Poster 1 above and distribute them everywhere you can. Contact all the local rescue kennels every day also because Toffee has no ID on her and can be re-homed after 7 days if not claimed.
