If Scout has been sighted elsewhere, someone else is feeding him. I would take a walk around the areas he has been sighted,. and take with you his UNWASHED blanket. And rattle some Dreamies. Ask around especially those with children,as they can be very observant where animals are concerned. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. When nightfall, and you are searching use a strong torch as the light will reflect a cats eyes. an use the same deodorant you on a day to day basis as he will recognize the scent. And of course take with you his cat carrier. I would knock on a few doors too whee he has been sighted. Paws xd.
