From Finding Gilda - Lothian Area:

"We've had a positive real time sighting tonight of Gilda, if you know where it is please DONT post it.

If you're in that area, please help us by staying home and crossing everything you've got.

We have people on the ground now who are experienced in reuniting passport pooches - for now we need to sit tight, hold our breath and keep everything crossed they can get her.

Bruce Lowrie, her owner is on his way over now with 3 different types of scents trails to help beckon Gilda closer.

We have got a plan, we've just gotta hope that it works!

Thanks for everything you've done so far, you've been an awesome community helping us to get this far 💖"

There have been reported sightings some considerable distance from Horsbrugh Ford including Penicuik, Gorebridge and Macmerry, Tranent.
Accordingly I have requested extra alerts to all EH2x, EH3x and EH40-42 postcodes.
