- Ps Is Snaps neutered? Or is that not possible because of her trauma? Presume illtreated? Neutered cats tend to stay more "Homebound", especially the females. You could borrow a cat trap from either an animal rescue centre, or Cat Protection (For a small donation, I think). If you do use a trap, place inside an object with her scent on, and her sisters too. Place the trap in the garden in a sheltered spot. Good she is "Chipped" Paws xd. Keep us posted

- Check aLL outbuildings, including empty houses, and cellars, THOROUGHLY as some cats will hide, in or behind an object within, especially if timid. Check up trees too; any decking too. The best way to encourage a cat/kitten to return is their scent and owners or other pets too. So place her UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with her sister`s scent, and yours too.. And wipe her scent on your garden fences, agtes, doors too.
Take a good walk around the area, holding an object with her scent on, and rattle sone Dreamies. Someone may be feeding her. (Common problem) Try a squeaky toy,as it may attract her attention. If not returned by nightfall, and you are searching, use a strong torch as the light will reflect a cats eyes. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. She is probably hiding somewhere nearby, As she has had a traumatic experience she needs to gain your trust. So when feeding her place a piece of soft cloth under her dish with your scent on. Do this by wiping the cloth around your neck area. She will then associate some yummies with you. Paws xd that Snaps is very soon. - 2019-04-23 08:45 Julie - Area Co-ordinator - Surrey & South London
