Following the recent police operation in Orpington, 17 dogs have been found & confirmed or suspected to be stolen, - look on fb page for Croydon Police or Call 101 @MetCC and quote Op Medusa - there are a couple of dogs similar to yours

I don't think this dog sitter should be recommended to anyone else. What was the dog sitter doing taking this little dog so far from home for a walk. I live near Maidenhead Thicket and all dog walkers around us are looking out for Milo. We do hope he is found very soon.

As you know where he ran from a tracker dog might be able to help. K9tracker ( Jenny Brown) is worth contacting. In the meantime put his bed blanket in a sealed plastic bag for the tracker dog to scent.

Post around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Ask around, especially those with children, as they can be very observant. Hand out as many posters as you can; where, and when you can. Ask family friends, and neighbours to share as well as DL. Twitter too. Post a LOST DOG ad in a National newspaper too. Paws xd.

Please dont give up hope, not long ago a rescue dog ran away near here but was found a few days later at the weekend by its owner - fingers crossed

Contact established with owners with whom I am meeting later this morning. Milo is from Earley so unfamiliar with the area lost. Scenting advice given, urine trails have been laid, posters being handed out. DogLost Volunteers will be on the ground today conducting door knocks and searches. Warden and chip company informed. Milo was wearing a Julius K9 harness with tag in owner’s surname and mobile number. It is not known if his dog sitter attached any further ID.

'Milo was being looked after as a trial day with a recommended dog sitter for only 6 hours. He is only 8 months and he is our entire world. He is always with me so it was a huge step for us. Apparently when she got him out the car he ran off. We have spent over 6 hours searching the fields and woods and surrounding areas and my heart is destroyed . It was pitch black and there is no sign of him whatsoever, If anyone sees him please please get in touch he is our baby'
