- So pleased to see Crackers in the blue this morning, the advice given by Sheena and Jenny4 appears to have worked to keep him in the area last seen.
Thank you to all those who went out postering and searching from day one. X - 2019-01-18 08:21 Unknown

- What an immense relief. I have been searching for him for 3 days but it really is like a needle in a haystack. Well done to his rescuers.

- Thank you Jenny. Crackers was found about 1/2 km south of Rockford Common car park by 'Animal lost, found, needing help, Dorset'. He has a couple of scratches and is weak and a bit dehydrated but has been to the vets and is eating and drinking. Well done and thank you all for your time, expertise, energy and support in helping to look for him, it really made a difference and has been very much appreciated!

- Walked around Rockford Common between 2200 and 2300 on the 14th and Rockford Ibsley Common between 0930 and 1200 on the 15th. Went back up to Rockford Common between 1720 and 1830 on the 15th. No sightings. Spoke with somebody at lunchtime of the 15th, who had a spaniel and was doing scent-work looking for him. Could probably do with an organised search.Last edited: 2019-01-15 20:02:15 by ragebe

- I walked my dogs from the carpark this morning and unfortunately no sign of Crackers. I only saw one poster, handwritten, and spoke to a man who saw loads of people trying to catch Crackers on the road yesterday. There are so many ways he could have gone but the area and pubs and school need drenching with posters. I think his owners should be in the carpark area after dark when no-one else is around. The chances are that he is still in the nearby area. Was he walked there from home? He may try to walk back if so. Good luck. I'm willing to help. Sandy

- Further to SP6 alerts, I suggest also BH31, as Verwood peeps also walk their dogs in that vicinty. I'm aware of this dog, as I actively search BH24.
