So I popped a print-out of the SDK Ref page and posted it through the owners door yesterday and also popped round this morning in case there was a problem but no reply. Will try again later as this boy is so, so friendly he needs to be home.

I've met this dog but don't know where his owner lives unfortunately :( He's SO super friendly, just wants to play. One digit short on Microchip phone number (scanned already by Parks Police) and address is 'miles away' according to finder. Will take a walk later but the lady has a little boy so not likely to be out late.
