So sorry to hear this.  I couldn't possibly post my thoughts on gamekeepers or I would be banned from the site.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Quite agree with the other co-ordinators comments the more people who see a poster the more it is mentioned by word of mouth and eventually a link might be made somewhere.  All helpers in that area will be notified.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thanks for all your help and advice, we're going out tomorrow armed with more posters, I emailed all the local farming supplies stores in the area with posters, we're going to go into some of the bigger towns where everyone gets their supplies and put posters up. It's got to be more productive than walking around miles and miles of open countryside in the vain hop that we will spot them.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I'm very sad to say that a local gamekeeper has just been in touch and these two have been shot for worrying the livestock...rip boysLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Sally, basically, the more posters, the more sightings. You cannot do this by yourselves and you need other peoples eyes. Put your posters, hundreds of them in plastic pockets to protect them from the weather, and wherever people go.  Dog walking areas, take away shops, supermarkets, newsagents, postoffices, offies, bus shelters, etc. Good luck ! Its only early days yet. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

We're going out this morning armed with loads of posters, and widening our search area, it's very difficult until we get a sighting as it's such a vast area.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi Sally, you are doing the best possible thing, you must get out there with posters, start where they were lastseen and work your way out, thinking about the places where lots of people will see the posters. use as many as you can and please contact us if you need a hand. good luckxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
