- Date Reunited
- Other Info Approximately at 12.15 pm today (Sunday 18 November). Dog was traveling at great speed which made it difficult to identify breed. It was dark in color. Medium size. Medium length coat. Shortish nose. Longish legs. Tail a bit like a spaniel (not saying it was a spaniel just using this as an example). Not sure if wearing a collar. I slowed down to see if it would stop but it jumped the bank and went through the wire fence into the wooded area. Posting in case someone has lost a dog recently and will

- Thanks for posting Viv B. I did look at Gizmo on the lost page. I think Gizmo is too dark for it to be the dog I saw. I will keep visiting Dog Lost checking the lost section. Hoping that the dog I saw just strayed onto the road whilst out with its owner and had a lucky escape.

- Is it possible this could be Gizmo, female greyhound ID 136886 lost from GU24 on 10 November 2018? Have not posted on Gizmos page yet in case there is no similarity.

- I looked at Mocha on the lost section. Sadly I do not think the dog I saw was Mocha. Judging by the size of Mocha's head I think she would have shorter legs than the dog I saw. I'll keep on the lookout for both dogs. I live local to the area.

- Additional Info that I typed but is missing from the "where found" section. The dog crossed the road from right to left. It went into the area that is known as Green Farm woods. These woods are located between Linkside North (Beacon Hill) and Green Lane (Churt). The woods border onto the Hindhead Golf Club.Last edited: 2018-11-18 14:45:09 by Susie & Tom
