The badger sets/burrows were huge open and in the nursery’s compost hill!! So camera showing plastic and twine. Checked the first two and squeaked and listened. Owner lovely old folks were with us. I had given them instructions to witter on about anything.
We heard a bark from behind the boundary further down so I cam out and about 15/20ft down path HELEN had marked another two openings. I placed the camera down. Squeaked listened. Adjusted camera to go a bit further and eyes were looking at me. She was a good meter in and moving forwards.
As soon as I could see her I scooped her up.

Sadly another straying close to railway tracks. Every hope it’s not the case and maybe gone to ground hunting in holes. This case is on our local radar and we hope to help as much as possible.

Mia went missing on a walk near Kelways garden centre. She is 13 but can still do a good few miles on a walk.
