Was she wearing a collar and tag? What were circumstances of disappearance? Was she spooked by something? Is she nervous, likely to run if approached? Dogs don’t usually go far from where they went missing initially so a thorough search of the area and posters. Was she with a dog sitter and is she familiar with the area?
