A door she has access to, open wide, and stand aside. Don`t block her entrance, or she may see it as a "Threat" Indoor cats who "Escape" will usually hide close by, and feel very anxious being out of their comfort zone which is in their own homes with people they trust: their owners. Put some tuna, or chicken in her dish, and place it twice the width of the open door. Place her UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too, and especially the kittens. Place it about 2 metres from the open door.
Check all outbuildings, including empty houses, and cellars THOROUGHLY. The problem is she may have gone seeking a mate, as of course not neutered. (Even though has had kittens recently) Or it could be that someone is feeding her, thinking she is a stray. Poster around the are, and post flyers through doors too. Ask around, especially those with children, as they can be very observant. Post a LOST CAT ad in a national newspaper, in case she has climbed into a vehicle. Paws xd.
