- out to lunch today and on the way back from Fressingfield we came across an elderly black Labrador retriever walking along from Pixey Green towards Stradbroke on Rattlerow Hill (IP21 5NG).
The dog was limping and clearly exhausted, it looked very confused and frightened and was determined not to allow anyone to get close to him/her, diving in to fields to avoid people. It was wearing a red collar.
We stopped and so did several others but none of us could get close.
Nobody locally recognised the dog.
The dog was last seen heading off across a field in the direction of the main Rattle Row farm at Battlesea Green (IP21 5NB) and Top Road beyond that. - 2018-07-22 15:46 Jayne - Founder Doglost.
