hello my sister with her was on the walk and Elza got out of the collar and ran from the time we started looking for it we were at the police and we tried facebook when we were posing the posters saw us the guy and he told us he saw the elza near it before the house with one man he did not know that man and he says took her to the police and give her on the facebook and he not done.They found elza on Roseville road leeds ls8 that guy toke her in his hand and walk with her down like to city centre. I am in contact with guy which saw elza last time
If you know the person who was seen taking Elza please advise that he needs to either report to dog warden or take to police as now involved as treating this now as a STOLEN dog.
