Yes that was lucky. I think part of the reason people buy dogs like this is to give them a home safe from dubious people - esp pups and the other is that rescues can be very picky about who they give dogs to... for example I'm experienced over 60 years with dogs and live way out in the country - but I have no fencing at all so would probably not be eligible! Other rescues won't give dogs to people in flats...

So very lucky that this little boy was chipped. Well done to Nico's owner for getting him chipped asap and not leaving it. Well done to the vets for scanning too (as they all should). Great that the man who bought him took him to the vets (but I think it's strange the way some people acquire dogs - but there you are). Stay safe little Nico.x

Hope you don't mind me hijacking your page to ask LYNNL to send poster of Boo, Jack russel Cross stolen from SL6 to her agility club friend in Hayes and also GAILSHAY - when taking down posters in Hayes/Yeading, could you possibly replace with posters of Boo? thanks

Nico is home! Sold on quickly to a gentleman, who took Nico to a vet, he was scanned & the chip was found.

E mailed details to friend who runs agility club in Hayes for all members to see. May be worth calling RSPCA in Hillingdon, Battersea London and Old Windsor, Dogs Trust Harefield if not already done so.

Hi, will poster the Hayes/Yeading area today and around by the school as kids tend to recognise puppies better than we do. How far does his white chest go?? Its a bit difficult to see in pic?

I know cars get moved and sold around the country but FW is not local to West Drayton. It is Forest & Fens which comes under DVLA local offices of Nottingham and Lincoln. Perhaps a good idea to also keep a look out for Nico in these areas. Is rest of reg. no. known? Would police be willing to do a DVLA check?
