BRIGADIER IS A STREET DOG REGISTERED WITH DOGS ON THE STREETSAND IS BEING TREATED BY THEM FOR A MEDICAL CONDITION AND DUE TO GO IN FOR MAJOR SURGERY HE WILL HAVE A BACK LEG LIMP, PARTIAL WEIGHT BARING, ANY INFOMATION IS TO GO VIA DOGS ON THE STREETS. HIS HOMELESS DADDY IS DISTRAUGHT
