Yippe Monty is back HOME, I was ringing owner and it was great to be informed he had been found. The lady who picked him up in the car was actually the finder and she handed him into Walton Lane (they would take him in until after 1700 hrs) they contacted his owner as Monty is chipped. Chip power again, have asked owner to ask her daughter who sent her details to DL to send a reunited piccie of him. Way to go another scouse today reunited and over to the blue. Monty's mum give him a big hug and cuddle from all on DL. Jan x

Numbers to try Liverpool Borough Council 0151 233 3000/3029 (for DW), Halewood RSPCA 0151 486 1706 (that is where he will go if picked up), Dogs Trust Whiston Lane 0151 480 0660, Leigh Dogs Home on the East Lancs Road 01942 671215, Freshfield Animal Rescue 0151 931 1604 and Animals In Need 0151 549 0959, Garston Animal Welfare 0151 494 0470, Widnes 0151 471 7333 and Manchester Dogs Home 0161 234 4929 . Merseyside Police central tel: 0151-709-6010. Kirkby, Walton Lane, Speke and Southport Police Stations have kennels, dogs are picked up daily from these stations and taken to Halewood RSPCA, who are best contacted after 3.00 p.m. to give collected dogs from Police Stations time to get there. Jan x
