- Brilliant news she is HOME, I was just ringing owner and it was great to be informed she had been found and handed into Halewood RSPCA who contacted her owner as Dandy is chipped. Chip power, have asked owner to ask her daughter who sent her details to DL to send a reunited piccie of her and I'll ring them when back from Crufts. Way to go another one for the blue. - Merseyside Police central tel: 0151-709-6010. Kirkby, Walton Lane, Speke and Southport Police Stations have kennels, dogs are picked up daily from these stations and taken to Halewood RSPCA, who are best contacted after 3.00 p.m. to give collected dogs from Police Stations time to get there.
