Had an update from AW’s

Owner collected him just as Animal Wardens arrived to pick him up. Great he is back with his Owner.

u cant beat the good old fashioned easy to see and easy for everyone to read id tag on the collar (of course dog thieves would remove it - but as most dog finders tend not to be dog thieves an id tag is invaluable. cost about £4 each. i belive by law all dogs should have up to date chip plus id tag. it certainly helps to reunite them

Just called dog warden about this boy and his owners have been located and way to collect him. Good news.

Anne unfortunately just because a dog is Chipped they are not always reunited. Some chips are not even registered or details are out of date etc

Have seen the FINDERS post on the dog which has been found in the Palacefields area of Runcorn. Will update details and add the photo from FINDER.
