hi, one and all.. can i just say thanks to all concerned, and how very useful it is to have a feedback on the capture !!! LAURA your comments and HUMBLING experience will certainly help and give others a glimmer of HOPE..I do a bit of dog catching for DOG-LOST-UK. like all the other people I do it all voluntary my reward is to firstly OUTWIT the poor creature that trusts NO-ONE that i,m not really out to catch it, and then see both the animal and when they meet!!! I must add that ALL cases are never the same, different situations happen that finds a much loved companion and indeed a doting loving owner torn apart NOT A NICE situation.. As I mentioned its nice to hear how things happened, and the REUNION. I salute everyone connected to DOG-LOST-UK, Ray PS the animals in question is also more than GREATFULL.

So here’s how we finally ‘caught’ her

We left some of our clothes around the fields and her bed and some of her toys around the yard where she’s been seen a couple of times with a small trail of small amounts of food around the fields and yard. We went up there at around 5.30am to see if she was around but she wasn’t. At around 7am jonny went to get us all some food whilst I kept watch sat in the car on the yard and a few minutes later I got a call from some one down the lane saying she’d seen her go up the lane whilst I was on the phone with her Vienna appeared in front of me on the yard. She was sniffing all the clothes and her bed. I crept out the car phone on silent and crawled into an area where she could just about see me and sat down and looked to the ground within a minute she was all over me crying and wagging.
I was totally against the theory that she won’t recognise us and was sure that as soon as she heard our voices she’d come running- how wrong were we.
All the experts told us to keep quiet keep others away sit on the floor and wait and they were all right.
It’s been a very humbling experience one I wish to never repeat but it has shown that what they said was very true. Keep others away lay your sent where last seen and sit and wait without talking or looking at them.

Please stop ‘looking’ for Vienna ie walking about and looking for her. Rather please keep letting us know if you have seen her by calling us 07929115898.
You can very helpfully keep putting posters up for us and also position yourselves at areas in order to maybe see her go past.
Please do not call her name. She is feeling hunted as there are so many people now looking for her (which we appreciate greatly!)
We need to be in a position where jonny and I are in a quiet space where she doesn’t feel threatened.
So please please keep helping us by letting us know if and where you have seen her. We need to make her feel safe.

Seen a couple of times this am / early pm on fields in Pirbright, including by owner. A woman in Pirbright reported that she had seen a lonely bitch fitting the description passing the pub 'The Royal Oak' on A324 direction Aldershot (on the pavement, not the road) around 13:30

just posted on vienna's page , time of sighting aprx 12.30 from vienna's page = Possible sighting!!!!!!
I saw a Vizsla in the Stoughton Recreation Ground approximately one hour ago, didn’t realise it was without owner. It was near the playground in the middle of the recreation ground looking busy in that area. I remember it because I thought you don’t see many of those around and it looked fit.

So sorry, but I didn’t have any sightings. However when I left there were a lot of dog walkers out. Someone suggested checking with British Rail, just to be on the safe side, given there is a railway line nearby. Keeping everything crossed she is found today x
