I have contacted Baranduin who knows the owner. She hasnt seen him for a while and also has lost his phone number. I contacted Deerness Kennels as they too have his poster up but it has her number on also. I will ring baranduin back and ask her to ask the owner to ring me if she sees him. I rang the man at Consett to check he still has the dog and he says it ran away when out on a walk! I feel very annoyed at myself for not taking the dog and finding out who is belonged to. I wasnt thinking straight after it not being my Barney and I didnt think he would let the dog out . I still have posters up in the area so someone else might ring to say they have him. If so I will take the dog next time. X X

Baranduin, please check out BARNEY'S page, missing from DL2. His owner reports a border terrier in Consett which is not hers but have suggested it might be BENJI. Good luck xxx

Baranduin, have you had a look at www.strayaction.com They have a border terrier they are calling OSCAR, looks a bit lighter than BARNEY but worth a look xxx

hi all The telephone number is mine but this is not my dog. I notified the loss. The owner has been looking all day with a great many helpers, but thinks the dog has gone to ground. He has been in contact with the terrier rescue people.
