It's not like him 😞 he's very friendly - has a loud, high pitched meow - and likes getting in cars and vans- which is a massive concern! If any delivery driver noticed a cat escape from their vehicle please let me know where he went. I'll travel the country for the rest of my life if I have to. he has a little white patch on his neck.. We're worried and upset - just want hi

I would also get in touch with all the supermarkets who deliver locally and ask them. They may well have records of food deliveries in your area that day.

Hi, many cats that go missing have got into a delivery van or car and hitched a lift to their next port of call. Was there a delivery van around that day? Ask neighbours. Then call the delivery company and ask where the vehicle went next. Most vans use gps now and can say exactly where they went that day. A local cat got into a van and jumped out at a care home a couple of miles away after medications were delivered there. A friend noticed a poster on their gates and told the cat's owners. He had been regularly fed by the care home people and they were actively looking for his family. Really hope your cat comes home soon, thinking of you

Hi, sorry to see Little Bear's missing. Make sure you post on Facebook, Twitter etc, take Lost Posters to vets, shops and put them up on lamp posts around the area and beyond. List him on as many animal LOST websites you can. I live in Swarcliffe area so will keep an eye out for any new cats in the area. My daughters cat was lost a couple of weeks ago from Swarcliffe, she did all the above things, someone saw one of the posters and had taken her in, so she got her back after 6 days! Hope he's soon found and back home.
When he is try to get him microchipped, particularly as he's prone to jumping in cars or vans, you have a much better chance of being re-united. It costs around £15.00 at Pets At Home in Colton, so little cost for peace of mind. Hope he's home soon x
