Wow that just had to be fate!, how lucky to end this way.Very pleased for owner and Jake. It does highlight, however, the fact that a loose dog is perceived to be ownerless/orphaned and finders keepers. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Wow! what a bit of luck. Seeing the same van like that, AND managing to stop it...what a great result! Stay safe now Jake xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

owner was putting up posters and saw a white van drive by with green writing on so she pulled them over and by coincidence it was the right white van!!!! They had taken Jake to Washington with them and were going to keep him-they then had to drive all the way back to bring the dog back to them-Jake seemed to think it was a huge adventure!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

hi, i work at boarding kennels at heddon on the wall near newcastle so will pop some posters up there when we re-open next week. have you tried ringing around all the shelters and vets, and ring petlog too if he is chipped and they will also notify people in the area i think. where abouts is great lime road in newcastle? il keep on the look out for you around the town moors where i walk my dog too. good luck bexe xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
