Owner found but hasn't had the dog long so dog does not recognise him as his owner and won't let him near him. Dog is still with me while he speaks to previous owner to see if he wants the dog back.

*** UPDATE*** from gentleman that found dog - Dog Warden informed, 101 logged, posted on Dog Lost, shared everywhere on Facebook. Change of plan we are letting him do his 28 days with us, if owners found all well & good. Couldn't let him go to Kennels because if they think there is any chance there's any Pit Bull in a dog they will PTS & no way we want that on our conscience.
