Great news - Elsie is home! Just had a text from owner to say she was found by someone about 15mins away on the day she went missing (only about 10 mins after she went missing infact!). Welcome home Elsie and no more wandering off....hopefully you will get a new tag and a microchip as a welcome home pressie!! Owner would like to pass on her thanks to all the helpers and everyone at Doglost.

Elsie is all white apart from a brindle brown patch over each eye. She has some small slightly dark spots under the skin mainly on tummy area. She is quite a small staff, very friendly and could well have been quite muddy!! She was wearing a brown leather studded collar. Elsie went missing at 1pm yesterday from her owners farm. She was last seen playing with some other dogs and is believed to have headed in the direction of Wicks estate. Owner has contacted Basildon and Southend DWs, Gemini kennels, Novem kennels, Acres Way kennels. She has also contacted the local Police and vets. Gave her some additional numbers to contact (including Chelmsford DW & kennels as they sometimes pick up from Wickford) and once the poster is done we'll email out to our Essex contacts. Owner searched the area all yesterday afternoon but no sign so is wondering if she was picked up. Owner has also put up some posters locally - at some shops on the Wicks estate, in parks etc. Explained she needs to poster like mad and make Elsie too hot to handle. Owner is going to register on Doglost and will be along to post although she has been have problems with computer recently. She will print some posters off from DL and will target the local area.
