csquaredb - we have spoken since your post. I've nothing further to report, friend Ann has spoken to owner of Angus.

Elgjente, please could you ask your friend to look at lost dog 122651 urgently please. He's a 14 week old puppy lost from Richmond Park yesterday. No doubt cold wet and muddy, so could be confused for a small terrier at a distanceLast edited: 2017-11-30 18:07:45 by csquaredb

This dog was seen at about 10.30 AM this morning by a friend that immediately called 999. It was not possible to stop safely. I have telephoned the nearby Richmond Park Riding School (thinking it may be theirs) but they are shut today. This gives an idea of location, their postcode is SW20 0AA. I have confirmed police have the call but at that point had taken no action. No CAD no.
