Welcome home Charlie. I think that a chip is needed here. To be so near and yet so far, so very pleased that she is now back with her family. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

We've got her!!! It wasn't the dog at fareham.. but thanks very much to janet and all the effort she made. My uncles friend put a lost dog announcement on the radio, and then a lady phoned my uncle up and said she had the dog all along, just three roads away from where i live. Charlie was well cared for, but was very hungary when she got home. Thanks for all your help. Much Appreciated, Vicki xxxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Been sent pictures, look a lot like her. But someone shaved her hair off it is... But hopefully the dog warden will be able to send more photos. She has been very helpful and we are very grateful. If it looks like it is her, we will go to see the dog on Sunday.. Thanks again Vicki xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

The dog warden has contacted me from hampshire council, it sounds like her. But she left a message asking for us to ring back, but by the time we got home it was shut. I will ring back tomorrow morning at nine. Vicki (one of the Charlies owners)Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Should just add that I live in a village over the other side of Reading, so don't really know the area Charlie is missing from. Anyone else over that way who can keep a look out?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Just spoken to the man who had been looking after Charlie for a sick relative. Relative lives in Coley Park but Charlie has been staying with him for last couple of weeks and has stayed with him before. She has got out on another occasion and returned after about 20 mins, so probably knows her way around. Daughter has done everything Doglost has suggested: posters, letterbox distribution, all authorities contacted and have not stopped looking. I have left my number and offered help if needed but they seem to have it covered at the moment. Fingers crossed for Charlie.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
