- Walked further into the fields surrounding the area Fly was lost, towards Donyatt and also the larger of the 2 copses and along the stream. Will keep looking.

- Have you been following up the dog wardens and rescue centres? Try further afield now if not already done so.

- Where abouts in Horton did she go missing . I am Broadway and walk about a lot for Fly . Maybe a good idea to put posters up as this is first I have heard about Fly

- Have to agree, posters will catch the people you can't in other ways. Strangers might be just as able to help if they know Fly is a lost dog. Shared FB locally.

- Victoria, you need to be putting up loads of posters if you want people to keep an eye out for Fly, its not unusual to see a Collie about and unless they know Fly is missing most will not give it a thought if they see her.

- All my friends are busy so they can’t help but anyone around the area can keep an eye out for fly as that would probably be more effective

- I think I spotted someone else out searching for Fly whilst I was there yesterday, unfortunately in the same place I had just finished checking which made me think we need a more strategic search so that we aren't just going over the same ground. I think Bobble is right in that she may have gone further afield so was wondering if you could get together a group of friends / helpers who would search the hedges and ditches, field by field working outwards. I'm sure any local dog walkers would be happy to assist for a couple of hours

- Hi Victoria, I'm sure Anne does mean Ferne Animal Sanctuary. Thanks for sending in photo, so now alerts have been sent out and we can really get the ball rolling to help Fly. You have a cracking helper in Jasper and backed by the DogLost team, we will do what we can to help you.
Also, you'd be surprised how far she could have travelled even with a bad foot, and if local searches have not shown anything, need to be looking further afield.
I'll alert work colleagues who work in the area on Monday morning.
You need to keep checking with all the rescues and dog wardens too.

- Just back from a search but no luck I'm afraid. Walked the 2 field perimeters to the left side and the roadside up to the farm. Checking all the banks and the hedges as much as possible. Also the other side less thoroughly but I was unable to get into the copse but I would imagine that it has already been checked. I will try again.

- Hello. Are you able to give any more information about how and where fly went missing from exactly. I will come out later for a look but any other details would be useful. Has there been any sightings from neighbours/ is she able to go very far if elderly.? Should I will print up some posters to put up around the village?
