- Great news., if Lilly looks in good condition, and did`nt seem very hungry, then someone else has probably been feeding her. And they have possibly gone away, so Lilly has come home to be fed. I wouuld now keep her in for a few days, or she may go awol again. Stay close now Lilly:-)xxx This is what can happen (If this is the case) when other people feed your cat.
