The poor boy - and so many puppy farms in Wales too. Thank God he has been found and is now safe Hopefully he will get a good home xx

Thank god angels like these people exist. Be lovely if fosterer could keep him, he will probably learn to trust & bond during his recovery. Hoping for a very happy ending for Roger

clearly from his appalling condition he was dumped. day after day we see these heartrending animals being found - and will never understand how their owners could do this. however when these victims are found - suddenly their whole world changes. now found by his guardian angel, then put in the hands of the wonderful foster carer at Rhondda Animal Aid, and if the fosterer doesnt keep him i will eat my hats, but if they dont hang on to him he will be found a kind person to love him forever. for every monster that exists there are hundreds of guardian angels - thank heavens. i have 5 rescues so cant offer a home but will send a donation to his rescuers

He was starving! His Coat was so matted he could barely stand the poor thing, he was Full of Fleas, Worm ridden Even had maggots on Open wounds and sores.
He is a Male cockerpoo, he is absolutley terrified he has No chip
The Vet shaved 1 kilo of filthy matted hair off him, he has a Heart murmer and some kidney probs hes About 9 yrs old and we have named him ROGER.
for the time being he is with one of our fosters and she has him temporarily. Hes very timid and Nervous. Maybe he was kept in shed as stud dog or lost on the mountain or maybe dumped we are unsure...Will need ongoing treatment and castrating. The best thing for ROGER is long term foster due to the care he ll need. Just wanted to spread the word at the moment as to his condition. Hes cute but a walking skeleton
He did manage to come to our foster and give her a kiss and eat some dinner this morning so he hasnt lost all his faith in humans

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
