Great news, just spoken to owner MITZI is now home. Collected from Leigh Cats and Dogs Home late last week. Owner, Clair has been unable to gain access to site and wishes to thank everyone for there help and effort. Knoxy

Please contact Manchester Dogs Home - www.dogshome.net as they have taken in 450 dogs over the Christmas period and only rehomed 100 as featured on Channel M news today!

M7 is Broughton, Lower Broughton and Lower Kearsal. Quite a large area. Would be more than helpful if owner would give a precise location etc. As stated M7 is very large area. Knoxy

Checked our records at work (PetMedics) and regretfully no dog answering the description of Mitzi has been brought in by one of our staff or by any member of the public. I have placed a poster in our Lost Dogs file, together with contact details etc. I will check records again on Thursday. Owner should contact Leigh Cats and Dogs Home on the East Lancs at Leigh. Call in person do not rely on speaking to them on the phone. Also contact Salford Dog Warden and Greater Manchester Police etc. Good luck and stay positive.

mitzi can't have gone far. I second patm by keeping doors and gates closed they only take a second to go. hope mitzi is found safe and well.
