I am just sooo grateful to the lady who found her straying (YES,Clever Clover finally Found an Escape Route away from her Evil Vile Captor/s ) & then As is The LAW, Reported Her as Found - Unlike that horrid criminal - caught on mobile footage as picking up Clover,a shivering wreck underneath a parked car, then carrying her away - saying that He would find her owners

WHY ? has not ONE person come forward with a name for this 'Wanted Male' who picked up Clover as she cowered under a car on FRIERN BARNET RETAIL PARK - but who Never reported Her as Found, or attempted to find Her Owners.

could the 'area lost' above perhaps be changed to Lost from.Home but Stolen Friern Barnet ? - to hopefully alert people who shop, work there ?
surely this Male & his friends , accomplices, are known in the area ?

Hello, I know this is not hugely helpful, but I am crossposting a sighting of a loose Yorkshire Terrier I've seen posted on Twitter. No photo. This was last night 5-6pm, posted info today about an hour ago. It had a coat on but no collar. It was on Torridon Rd, just off Hither Green La, SE6 heading towards BrownHill Rd. I know this is not the area where she was taken but just thought I would mention it. If you are putting together other sightings I thought it might help, but obv appreciate this is not a huge amount of help to you with no photo, sorry

Well I did capture some pics & asked for an email address to send them to - but I've heard nothing back. The advert has since been removed - as have ALL the adverts posted by the same people. Their focus is on selling Yorkshire Terriers & Peugeot 206 cars. (The same make of car pictured with the 3 men).

In the interest of justice I like many are relying on police to follow this strong piece of evidence through and only needs one officer to recognise him....dog theft is prevalent and often a higher value crime than a number of thefts in our courts xx

The difference in Police forces - you have one refusing to help the team searching for Clover,given the circumstances and photos of those guys taken her and voice recordings stating they'd take her in till owner was found! Also partial car reg! I think it's criminal they refused to check out the evidence provided
As opposed to the Police response to reports of a blokeasking questions to Dog walkers rising suspicions he'could be a Dog thief, thankfully the lady reporting the incident was met with the usual 'well no crimes been committed therefore it's not a Police matter!

sydneysmum i have done this in the past - when a dog locked in hot car in carpark right behind a police station.... said if they werent there in 2 minutes i would ring daily express, local tv stations and break the window..........they were there in less than 2 minutes. sadly this attitude sometimes is needed to get a response

Id hoped this poor baby would be home by now . Let's face it, we have actual photos of the individuals that were last seen with Clover. I'm not saying they stole her!! But a chat with these 3 individuals would really help - I'm sure everyone would agree. So I'm wondering why the police haven't told Clovers owners who these 3 are

I'd pressure the Police to expose these men - so Clovers Family can have her back where she belongs.
I'm not saying you should - but if one of MY babies was stolen & I felt the police could help 'if they were motivated enough" - I'd camp outside the police station, call the local TV News & radio stations - and all the local papers.
Trust me - they will respond!! Tell Clovers story to the Mirror!! They cover ALL the 'dog' stories'. I truly believe, if you kick up a fuss & force authorities to respond - you will get justice.

Make a stand & insist on the truth.

Muswell Police have Tweeted for Her many times but it is not in their Borough so they could not investigate as such -
There have been manymany Tweets & Retweets for #FindClover - I personally have 'tagged in' many 'local' business, police forces etc etc. but Barnet only ever Retweeted the once & I never saw anything on their Facebook page either :(

The police have circulated the image of the name to police boroughs surrounding the area which like Enfield and Harringey Police.
-She has been tweeted by MPSBarnet
- A few media outlets Times, Ham and High have published Clover's story, others are still be contacted with.
-CCTV from the Retail park of the car involved is being looked into
-Posters etc have been distributed in the areas most likely to be local to the man involved.

jonghun, note you were told "The person holding the dog has said that they were going to look after the dog until the owner is found." The person should therefore have informed Dog Warden who would have scanned her and therefore found you as she is microchipped. If she has not been reported to Dog Warden as others have said it is "Theft By Finding" which is against the law, as is not reporting a found dog. Please contact police again and ask for crime reference number.

Friern Retail Park comes up as postcode N11, Barnet, can alerts be sent out to that postcode. Contacted the police again, was asked the question how do you the person still has your dog... I'm dumbfounded at that question, so they just took down some more details. Going around that area to put up posters

Well the chap doesn't appear to have taken Clover to a Dog Warden or a vets to try and trace her owner, therefore I'd say it's theft .. Can CJ help at all?..xx

The police are unable to report her as stolen as she has no collar on so its wouldn't be clear to that person if she is someones pet or not. She is wearing a hairband but thats not enough to show she's not a stray. But we are in the middle of producing more poster for that area

Definitely report Clover as stolen and get that picture of chap holding her, in the local newspapers and posters of it everywhere.. Also check all the selling sites like Gumtree. Pre loved. Dragon driving etc ..Will share on FB. .Really hope Clover is found soon xx

We received a video from someone which included someone holding our dog in the Friern retail park, on Monday the 24th July. The person holding the dog has said that they were going to look after the dog until the owner is found.
Is it possible upload the video capture we received of the person holding our dog, or will it be against the law?

jonghun i know you meant well but i think worst thing to do is chase a dog. just keep still (crouching is best) and try and call it to you.......... i know this does always work, but chasing a dog makes it run and run

This is information today evening from someone: Hi on 24th july i saw a yorkshire running about near N10 // HOLLOWICKWOOD i think its called. A small park near the north circular opposite mc donalds / retail park. Apparently it ran across the north circ and a lady chased it off the road into the schoool / park (hollowick) and then i chased it for a bit and it escaped. The police were nearby and they were also informed
