- Maybe CCTV in the area. The dogs were obviously made "TOO HOT TO HANDLE" Hope the dog n ot too traumatised by this vile act of cruelty. Sending (((HUGS))) If this scum is found they should lock them up, and throw the key away. Keep us posted
