Fantastic news. Shay close now Gizmo. It looks very likely that Gizmo has been fed by someone else. I dont think people should feed other people`s cats. It can cause heartbeak for families who have children. And the cat could be on a special diet, as my 19 year old cat is. Then when the person has been feeding the cat moves away, or goes on holiday, the cat comes back for food. The thing is cats I think put on a pitiful miaow so people will feed them:-). As he is a friendly boy, maybe he is being fed by someone else. When checking outbuildings, include empty houses, and cellars too. Put his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your scent on too. (Owner) Put some tuna or chicken into a clean container, and leave in the garden in a sheltered spot; used towels too (It`s all about scent with cats). Wipe his scent on all your garden fences, gates, doors too; anything leading up to the garden. Take a walk around the area holding an object with his scent on, and rattle some dreamies. Someone may be feeding him (Common problem) Try a squeaky toy as it may attract his attention. Try this when it`s dark, because if he is shut in somewhere he may respond to it re; his miaow. When checking outbuildings make sure Gizmo isn`t hiding behind an object within. This applies to timid cats usually. (Not always) Poster around the area, and put fylers through doors too. Also a cat might go awol if it has been chased out of it1s territory by a more dominant cat; howevewr they usually return after a day or two. Paws xd.Last edited: 2017-04-24 15:14:37
