So very sory to see this. My condolences to Frank`s family who mut be distraught. Night,. night Frank., sleep tight, and have fun at the bridge with Fluffy, Tiger. Tipsy, Sandy (d young) and Daisy who are waiting to play. Good that Frank is "Snipped, and chipped" It is possible that someone is feeding him not too far away. Very common problem. You could post a "LOST CAT" ad in a National newspaper in case he has "Hitched a lift" somewhere. Hope Frank is home soon. Paws xd.
