Any chance it could be this cat, in leicester? Apparently it isn't microchipped but chips are known to fail or move. Worth checking https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=790155537817429&id=162176963948626

As a rule neutered cats dont tend to go too far from their homes. check sheds, garages, greenhouses, empty houses, cellarts etc in case shut in. Put some tuna in his dish, and call him; night/early morning is best. Rattle some treats too. Put his blanket (Unwashed) intoi a clean container, along with something with your scent on too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, oir hang on the washing line if dry; used towels too. Wipe his scent on your garden fences, gates, doors too, anything leading up to the garden. Walk around the area holding an object with his scent on, and rattle some dreamies. Someone may be feeding him, (Common problem). Try a squeaky toy as it may attract his attention. When searcnhing for him wear the same deodorant say as you would usually use, as he will recognize the scent. Sometimes a dominant cat in the area will chase a cat out of it`s own territory, and then the cat can beconme disorientated, and get "Lost" However the cat usually returns in a few days. Poster all around the vicinity, and puit "Lost" posters through doors too. Paws xd.

Sorry to see that ARNIE is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (111518)

  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
