Alison, guessing you have some info we don't...otherwise how can she get her dogs back? danielle - if this is about payment then just pay up, then take action to get the money back via the small claims court, which does not cost very much, you do not need a solicitor for it and and you can lodge the claim online. If you can not afford the kennel fees then please ask about a payment plan.

The longer this dispute goes on the more it will cost as the fees accrue daily. Can I suggest the owner pays up now and gets her dogs home and then takes up the case with the dog warden service.

Danielle. Are the microchip details up to date? The dog wardens do not return dogs out of hours. If you ring the number in office hours I'm sure they will be able to help you.

The dog warden refuse to give me my dogs back they are both microchipped he never contacted me before he took them
