I am so sorry to have to tell you that we had sad news about Cae today. My brother Phil, has asked that I thank you all for your kindness. It's been a very difficult week for him and it's not the news he wanted. I can't thank you all enough, I have been heartened by the kindness of so many people, particularly Chelle and Penny. I've been to the Cardiff dog pound and he hasn't been handed in. Also contact Valley vets to see if he's been handed in as well. I'm free tomorrow morning if your brother wants to have a wander around to see if we can see him if he's brings something of the dog with him I can see if my springer can smell him out

Do you need help looking for him as I'm free in the morning and I'm visiting Cardiff dog pound so I will keep an eye open for him. Contact Croft kennels as lost dogs are handed in out of hours there. If I can help call me on 07742313758

Thank you for the shares and contacts. I have spoken with my brother who is Cae's owner for more accurate information on where he last saw him. He says that Cae was last seen underneath the railway bridge that leads up to Llandaff north railway station. They were between the electric pylon and the railway bridge, Radyr side of the river. Thank you everyone

LisaP I am local. Have been adding stuff to the local FB site for this area. I have sent details to the ranger team who are based and work in that area and to keep wales tidy who have teams of people volunteering on the river Taff all through that area where dog was lost from tomorrow till sunday.

Picture of similar dog uploaded. Cae went missing on a walk, the area is quite far from home & Cae & his owner travel there on the bus, have sent scenting instructions, if there is anyone local, familiar with area who can offer advice would be much appreciated please x
