URGENT. My disabled brothers puppy has been stolen. She is a cavalier king charles spaniel called Maisey. She is neutered and we have £1500 reward for the safe return of her. This is probably more than she is worth but to my brother its priceless. She was last seen by a lady in Leysdown with four boys who also had a black dog.??????????
