The dog has been seen in Diggle OL35LW, it's keeps popping up on Stanedge, on the really busy road which abuts Marsden Moor, it has a tag, but won't be caught, many near misses with cars
When you "the moors" would this be
Saddleworth Moor, Oldham, Greater Manchester, OL3 ?
