Spoken to owner, they do not have internet access. A word doc poster has been sent to admin with a picture on, explained admin need a jpg picture and it needs to be sent to admin@doglost.co.uk. Owner is going to see if the local shop who created posters can send a picture and also ask their daughter to check the site and register. They have done all the right things and have been postering the area, there has been no sightings of Barney since he went missing. Barney was out walking with owner approx 7.45 a.m. and a speeding car came down the lane which Barney chased and disappeared around the corner. When owner caught up Barney and the car was nowhere to be seen. Police have been informed but have not been very helpful. Will try and speak to daughter later. As soon as Admin receives a photograph, the poster will be emailed out to helpers. Posters need to be displayed as soon as possible on notice boards, lamp posts, entrances to parks, dog bins and on cars. Take posters to vets, pet shops, postmen (for sorting offices), milkmen, dustmen, street cleaners, taxi drivers, schools, pubs, youth clubs, newsagents, post offices, takeaways, dog training clubs, supermarkets and car parks. Hand out reduced-down posters or cards to people - especially dog walkers - and deliver to houses and businesses. Police stations, Dog Wardens, the RSPCA and all rescue centres need checking frequently and preferably visited in person by owner or someone who knows Barney well. Hopefuly Barney will not have been taken far. Poster every where there are people, and make him too hot to handle. Come home soon Barney x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
