No words can express the pain of losing a pet in this way, one moment they are with you, the next gone. No time to prepare for the worst. Take time to grieve and take comfort from the fact that she didn't suffer and that the lady stayed with her.

Sadly Tinka has passed to rainbow bridge. Confirmed this evening that she was involved in an RTA last night. A lovely lady stayed with her until police arrived and she was taken to the PDSA.
So sorry for your loss. Run free lovely lady xx

Have provided tel numbers for local Emergency Vet Care in Poole, the designated vet for strays to be taken to and warden tel numbers. Circulating on social media. Please print off plenty of posters and get them out in the area
